James, our head chef and his team hope to spoil your taste buds with a traditional well thought out menu to treat every palette. All of our menu selections are made to order using fresh local produce. All our Desserts, Pastries and Breads  are prepared and baked fresh daily at the Hotel ensuring you receive only the best dining experience at all times whether it's a 3 course meal or a afternoon tea. Our chefs can also happily cater for any dietary requirements
